over-expand — to increase in extent, size, volume, scope, etc.: Heat expands most metals. He hopes to expand his company.
prestretch — to draw out or extend (oneself, a body, limbs, wings, etc.) to the full length or extent (often followed by out): to stretch oneself out on the ground.
elasticated — (of a garment or material) made elastic by the insertion of rubber thread or tape.
