luxuries — a material object, service, etc., conducive to sumptuous living, usually a delicacy, elegance, or refinement of living rather than a necessity: Gold cufflinks were a luxury not allowed for in his budget.
revelries — reveling; boisterous festivity: Their revelry could be heard across the river.
sports — of, relating to, or used in sports or a particular sport: sport fishing.
treasures — wealth or riches stored or accumulated, especially in the form of precious metals, money, jewels, or plate.
pearls — a basic stitch in knitting, the reverse of the knit, formed by pulling a loop of the working yarn back through an existing stitch and then slipping that stitch off the needle. Compare knit (def 11).
