- demand — If one thing demands another, the first needs the second in order to happen or be dealt with successfully.
- license — formal permission from a governmental or other constituted authority to do something, as to carry on some business or profession.
- delegate — A delegate is a person who is chosen to vote or make decisions on behalf of a group of other people, especially at a conference or a meeting.
