obtainable β to come into possession of; get, acquire, or procure, as through an effort or by a request: to obtain permission; to obtain a better income.
open β not closed or barred at the time, as a doorway by a door, a window by a sash, or a gateway by a gate: to leave the windows open at night.

vacant β having no contents; empty; void: a vacant niche.
achievable β If you say that something you are trying to do is achievable, you mean that it is possible for you to succeed in doing it.
at hand β If something is at hand, near at hand, or close at hand, it is very near in place or time.
