- supplement — something added to complete a thing, supply a deficiency, or reinforce or extend a whole.
- correspondent — A correspondent is a newspaper or television journalist, especially one who specializes in a particular type of news.
- fellow — a man or boy: a fine old fellow; a nice little fellow.
- like — in like manner with; similarly to; in the manner characteristic of: He works like a beaver.

- analogue — If one thing is an analogue of another, it is similar in some way.
- copy — If you make a copy of something, you produce something that looks like the original thing.
- complement — If one thing complements another, it goes well with the other thing and makes its good qualities more noticeable.
- ditto — the aforesaid; the above; the same (used in accounts, lists, etc., to avoid repetition). Symbol: ″. Abbreviation: do. Compare ditto mark.
- pendant — a hanging ornament, as an earring or the main piece suspended from a necklace.
- carbon copy — If you say that one person or thing is a carbon copy of another, you mean that they look or behave exactly like them.
- dead ringer — a person or thing that closely resembles another; ringer: That old car is a dead ringer for the one we used to own.
- spitting image — spit1 (def 13).
- opposite number — counterpart; equivalent: New members with an interest in folk art will find their opposite numbers in the association's directory.
