budgeted — an estimate, often itemized, of expected income and expense for a given period in the future.
aided — to provide support for or relief to; help: to aid the homeless victims of the fire.
gifted — having great special talent or ability: the debut of a gifted artist.
rationed — a fixed allowance of provisions or food, especially for soldiers or sailors or for civilians during a shortage: a daily ration of meat and bread.

bit — A bit of something is a small part or section of it.
