partiality — the state or character of being partial.
nepotism — patronage bestowed or favoritism shown on the basis of family relationship, as in business and politics: She was accused of nepotism when she made her nephew an officer of the firm.
bias — Bias is a tendency to prefer one person or thing to another, and to favour that person or thing.
discrimination — an act or instance of discriminating, or of making a distinction.
prejudice — an unfavorable opinion or feeling formed beforehand or without knowledge, thought, or reason.
inequity — lack of equity; unfairness; favoritism or bias.
partisanship — an adherent or supporter of a person, group, party, or cause, especially a person who shows a biased, emotional allegiance.
unfairness — not fair; not conforming to approved standards, as of justice, honesty, or ethics: an unfair law; an unfair wage policy.
inclination — a disposition or bent, especially of the mind or will; a liking or preference: Much against his inclination, he was forced to resign.
one-sided — considering but one side of a matter or question; partial or unfair: a one-sided judgment.

jaundice — Also called icterus. Pathology. yellow discoloration of the skin, whites of the eyes, etc., due to an increase of bile pigments in the blood, often symptomatic of certain diseases, as hepatitis. Compare physiologic jaundice.
prepossess — to possess or dominate mentally beforehand, as a prejudice does.
headset — Radio, Telephony. a device consisting of one or two earphones with a headband for holding them over the ears and sometimes with a mouthpiece attached.
